Another windy day but sunny. We could find spots with less wind. The sun kept things warm and cheerful.
Same agenda, different day. The dogs went on multiple walks, we ate well listened to foot tunes and shared laughs.
We went looking for some corn today and fell short. Boo.
Paul made a fire for everyone to sit around. We did sit around it and chat. We admired how twinkly the stars were. We can see them very will with little ambient light around.
After a while we decided to call it a night.
Paul and I actually went to bed at the same time. This is a rarity. We laid in bed and chatted…it was quiet for a few minutes and the Paul begins to giggle like a school girl. He had remembered something that someone had said earlier and it tickled his funny bone in just the right way.
The line he was giggling at? When our good friend walked up to us with an old chair, Andy said “The 1950’s called and they want their chair back.”
Remembering this, Paul was laughing to the point of it being hard to breath. His laugh was so contagious, the two of us were howling in hysterics. My stomach was hurting. It felt so good. It was the perfect way to end the night.
