I briefly shared with Ethan how his insurance was discontinued but it is now back. I gave him the mini version of the hoops I jumped through last week. He doesn’t need all of that on his plate as well as his medical issues. He was relieved that it had been resolved. He did thank me for dealing with it too.
After work, I had a deep tissue massage scheduled. I scheduled it because I just feel so tight all over. Even after stretching and yoga, I still feel tight. She asked me what areas felt tight. “Only the areas between my head…..to my toes.” I said.
Deep tissue massages can be a little uncomfortable. It was exactly that. Uncomfortable at times, but not dreadful. I left and felt exhausted.
I came home, ate dinner and headed to bed around 7:30. I am identifying as an old lady this evening.
