We were graced with the presence of Ms. Avery Reese herself. She is officially on break, but too good to stay at home.

I know it seems weird to say, but the less she comes home, the more she is branching out and growing as a person. While we do miss her physically being close, I am happy she is thriving.

She did not get accepted for the Idaho externship. She did get accepted for an externship at Brockport again. She said it was really competitive. There were 47 applicants for externships throughout the school and only 17 available externships.

She applied to an externship in North Dakota. She has not heard back from NASA yet.

She hasn’t officially accepted the Brockport externship.

She said her mid terms went well and she feels like she has a good handle on juggling class and her TA job in the physics help center.

She enjoyed being home for a few hours. She got to visit with the dogs. I showed her all of Moe’s progress.

Ethan walked in the house at one point. His color looked funny. He had a weird face on. I asked him if he was ok and he said yes.

He nuked a snack in the microwave. As he was eating the snack, his hand tremor was worse than usual. Fairly worse. To the point I was just watching him try to eat and him almost shaking the food off his fork as he tried to put it in his mouth.

One of his rejection medication causes him to have a tremor.

I watched him eat without trying to stare. Something was off. I asked him if he was ok. He said “yes”. He said the word in a way to warn me not to ask anymore questions as he because he was going to get snippy.

So, I asked another question. “Are you tired?

“Yes” he answered. Sometimes things get worse for him when he was tired. A little while later, I asked again if he was ok.

“My blood sugar got really low and I felt shaky. I came in to make food.”

I knew something was off. He corrected the problem. I told him that he did a good job recognizing what his body needed.

I did errands this evening. I was able to get it all done. I panicked Paul a little because I forgot my phone at home. He was trying to look up my location on the Life360 app. He tried calling and of course I didn’t answer. I was gone for several hours and didn’t get home until 9 pm.

“Where were you?” He asked out of curiosity.

Knowing the ridiculous of my answer, I still said, “I just went to the ATM.” Then shared the 5 stops I had to make.
