Between yesterday and today I have had 3 people tell me I look like Emma Thompson. I don’t know who that is but I had to google her.
The first picture that popped up gave me a jump scare. “That? That is what you see when you look at me?” This was horrible news. Are you kidding me?
I looked at other pictures of her. They were less offensive. I can see a little resemblance but am convinced this is a huge inside job at pranking me since I have never heard this comparison made before. I don’t know who is behind it though.
I walked around the conference and learned about new products, got a few little trinkets. They offered yummy salads for an afternoon snack. They had cups full of things like tomato’s, quinoa, blue cheese, prosciutto and chick peas. Yum!
We went to dinner in Virginia. We took an uber to a nice Italian place. They had magical food AND I got pistachio gelato for dessert. My stomach needs a break from eating so much.
My flight leaves tomorrow after 10 pm so that will be a LONG day.
Ha! Ha! Emma Thompson is so awesome, but I wouldn't describe her as your doppelganger. It is fun to think about what actor would play you in your life time movie. Safe travels back. I'm glad you had a good time. xoxo
