Rachel’s dog, Shigeo, learned how to swim today. He has had a lack of interest in swimming in the past. Today he learned the super fun game of “Fetch” which he got to chase the stick. SO.MUCH.FUN!!
Not only didn’t Shigeo, learn how to swim, he fell in-love with the activity. Watching him swim made me really miss Phineas. To the point of going in the camper for a brief cry. I miss him so much! I am so thankful for his friendship.
Each of our pets has been an example of a characteristic that I have strived to have. Ferguson embraces his introvert-ism. He enjoys quiet activities and acts like an old man. I imagine that Ferguson would be an old man.
We swam the afternoon away, rode jet-ski’s and then my Sarah and her family joined us. Yeah!
We had a booze cruise for a brief swim at the island with all the kids. Avery gave a few jet-ski rides.
Avery’s birthday was today. She had a relaxing day. She got some pretty cool gifts that she was so excited about. She went to the bakery to pick out tasty treats. She did some swimming a few times. She played her playlist at the campfire.
We did a “make your own burrito” dinner. She loved it. We have 5 girls the ages of 15 -18 with us and it is fun. Ethan joins us again tonight. He jaunted home briefly. Poor Ethan, with all these girls.
