The funny thing about groundhog’s day…it just seems to be better when you are home. I did some meal prep today. I am trying to put healthy options in the freezer.
Paul and Avery went on a snowmobile ride today. I had wanted to o but my back still hurts from shoveling the other day. Since I have to sit in the car for 12 hours round trip on Tuesday/Wednesday I figured I would like to be somewhat comfortable.
Ethan will ride the snowmobile tomorrow.
